Traysar Launches Terminus; Partners with Armada to Bring Sovereign AI Infrastructure Underground

WASHINGTON, D.C. — September 23, 2026 — Traysar, the world’s first dedicated subterra defense technology company, today announced from the stage of the Sovereign AI Summit at Impact 250 the launch of Terminus, a truck-mounted boring platform designed to rapidly position and protect critical infrastructure beneath the Earth’s surface.

As part of the launch, Traysar is partnering with Armada, the leader in sovereign AI, to bring sovereign AI infrastructure underground, creating a new class of hardened, distributed compute engineered for environments where traditional facilities are vulnerable, disconnected, or impossible to deploy.

The partnership brings together Traysar’s expertise in autonomous underground systems and infrastructure survivability with Armada’s infrastructure layer for sovereign AI: modular data centers that can be delivered and operational in months, the Armada Platform that keeps every deployment under the customer’s control, and the Sovereign AI Grid that connects deployments into a resilient distributed system. The companies intend to explore integrated underground solutions supporting secure AI processing, command and control, communications, and other mission-critical workloads for the United States and its allies.

Modern conflict has made the surface increasingly transparent and vulnerable. Persistent surveillance, autonomous weapons, precision strike, and electronic warfare are placing conventional data centers and communications infrastructure at growing risk. Terminus is being developed to address that vulnerability by positioning distributed infrastructure underground, close to operational demand and protected by the Earth itself.

Terminus represents an expansion of the subterra domain beyond maneuver and strike to include survivability.
